Job PurposeImplement and manage integrated Facilities Management solutions to meet contractual requirements
assume responsibility for the successful project management of a portfolio of electrical engineering infrastructure
This includes the execution and management of all contract phases from inception and planning; through

Contract negotiation and management.
Customer liaison and compiling
compiling project reports.
Management and co-ordination of project teams, suppliers and subcontractors
maintaining of up-to-date planning programmes.
Contract budgeting and cost control reporting.
Invoicing
Invoicing monthly and after service contracts. Loading contracts on SAP for renewals and new clients clients. Loading Job cards, PO's signed contracts and POP's on SAP. Capturing job cards on register after service requested. Updating safety files on a yearly basis for contract customers. Sending services due for JHB, PE and as curtesy to ensure satisfaction. Reports on Contracts as send by Finance department monthly. Sending monthly for contracts. Loading quotes, job cards and invoices on portals, service and contracts, all regions
