Develop, deliver and maintain a HR department strategy that meets the needs of all stakeholder groups Fund Management Committee. Plan, organise and direct HR programs and activities in a manner that promotes quality, delivery, cost and responsiveness of the HR department. Development and maintenance of Company compliance with Industrial Legislation. Responsible for the adherence of all BOS and other HR related legal procedures Ensure that the Company complies with all labour related legislation. Assure equitable salary and wage administration

experience in Human Resource Management/Labour Relations/HR Registry or PMDS or 3-year Degree/Diploma in Resources Management/Labour Relations with at least 1 year experience in HR. knowledge of the Public Service Regulations, Skills Development Act, PFMA, Labour Relations act, PMDS, PSCBC Resolutions etc. Presentation disciplinary procedures. Coordination of various HR meetings. Basic knowledge of Skills development and and Ill-health retirement (PILIR). Conduct various HR workshops. Coordinate PMDS matters including monitoring
