experience in Human Resource Management/Labour Relations/HR Registry or PMDS or 3-year Degree/Diploma in Resources Management/Labour Relations with at least 1 year experience in HR. knowledge of the Public Service Regulations, Skills Development Act, PFMA, Labour Relations act, PMDS, PSCBC Resolutions etc. Presentation disciplinary procedures.
