Responsibilities •Filing management of all paperwork related to Operations. •Handling HO finance queries pertaining stakeholders regarding all purchase orders from head office and vendors •Invoicing all Motor Plan & Warranty ESS – submitting relevant documentation to Head office •Sorting all pay queries from EE's and dealing Vehicle supply chain environment advantageous •MS Office spreadsheets and graphics – strong excel skills
