  • Load all all contracted rates received from sales into the system.
  • Oversee booking portals, including API connections and OTA platforms.

System knowledge NebulaCRS, Nebula Call Centre, OPERA, OPERA Cloud & eRES
Proven experience experience as a systems administrator or similar position
Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English Well-organized with good time management
Excellent verbal and written communication pressure
3-5 years experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties

  • Manage room reservations and coordinate promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.< />
    • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing.
