To ensure the optimisation of operational systems (production and fatigue) and services improving business performance, which includes: Operations management SHERQ adherence and compliance in experience which includes:

R700K - R900K to ensure legal compliance in all areas of the operation, which includes: Over-inspections Investigations 12
COMSOC (1 & 2) or SAMTRAC
National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Safety /Risk Management CE
Minimum of two (2) year operational Safety / SHERQ Officer experience in a mining engineering environment
Minimum of one (1) year operational Risk assessment experience in a mining / engineering (6) months operational SHERQ auditing experience
Minimum of six (6) months operational SHERQ investigations
