To facilitate training at Mine and conduct on-the-job assessments and evaluations competence, which includes but not limited to:
Training facilitation and presentation
Delegate NCE
Minimum of one (2) year operational Training and Facilitation experience
Minimum of two Literacy
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Mining facilitating
Present theoretical and practical training to trainees in understandable manner
Communicate
to identify area’s for improvement and further training. To take charge in development and implementation productivity and elevate employee confidence levels.
