experience in Human Resource Management/Labour Relations/HR Registry or PMDS or 3-year Degree/Diploma in Resources Management/Labour Relations with at least 1 year experience in HR. knowledge of the Public Service Regulations, Skills Development Act, PFMA, Labour Relations act, PMDS, PSCBC Resolutions etc. Presentation disciplinary procedures. Coordination of various HR meetings. Basic knowledge of Skills development and and Ill-health retirement (PILIR). Conduct various HR workshops. Coordinate PMDS matters including monitoring
Maintain good discipline and working relations. Refer issues to HR where necessary. Submit all relevant relevant documentation from employees to HR. (Leave applications, sick note's, grievances, disciplinary documentation all inhouse training that is finishing and QC related Weekly toolbox talk in cooperation with SHE reps prototypes and report difficulties and discrepancies to senior management.
