Issue all purchase orders to suppliers account applications.
Stamp & encrypt all company documents.
Answer questions for & Routinely follow up on all quotations sent to clients.
Issue report numbers for all surveys.
Arrange supplies & buy stock as needed.
Process all supplier pricelists as received for marketing department training course information to all prospective candidates.
Enroll all candidates for training courses
with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless RFQ to quote execution Accurate completion of all tenders latest information. All relevant documents including quotations to be attached on CRM. All opportunities quoted of the order with all the relevant requirements and details on SAP Checking of all jobs required to go together with the signed off checklist Performing all the relevant checks and balances required to ensure lead time must be in line with department KPI's All opportunities to be kept up to date on the “Assessment
