Plan and present bar menu; Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies; Stay guest Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all bar areas; Check drinks presentations and temperature make sure of its quality; Ensure everything in the bar is set-up and ready for service, including the coffee stations and all machines; Assist management in taking bar stock.
