Responsibilities Front Office Management:
ï§ Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the
reservations system.
ï§ Responsible
contracted rates received from sales.
ï§ Manage all booking portals, including API connections
connections and OTA
platforms.
ï§ Create and manage allocations.
ï§ Identify peak and low periods
the Reservations Manager with inventory
management.
ï§ Generating systems reports weekly &
hoc as required.
