Purpose of the position:
To provide a service to production by conducting short interval control checks on products and production areas as well as testing of production batches for basic physical and organoleptic properties

continual improvement of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) including HACCP
SOPs
citrus industry. · In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP principles. · Proficient in

continual improvement of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) including HACCP Assist with audit preparation
in Food Science and Tehnology Food safety related training (ISO, HACCP, FSSC) Good Admin and Leadership
(Lab analysis) Familiarity with food safety/quality standards (e.g., HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO9001) Strong supervisory
will be beneficial. Global Standard for Food Safety, BRC, HACCP and Global Gap experience or certification
procedures
Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards
