  • Loading payments pending queries.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices of open contracts.
  • Ensure payments are T1 to ensure contracts are not executed without invoices
  • Ensure credit notes are approved by management payments loaded
  • Ensure clients receive invoices timeously and payments are received as per contracts
